What to Expect
Own our real-time video fabric for watch parties, fan cams, and low-latency broadcast. You’ll combine managed ultra-low-latency services with self-hosted SFU where needed.
What You'll Do
- Build and optimize real-time streaming paths using Amazon IVS Real-Time or Low-Latency SDKs for sub-second experiences.
- Integrate Agora Interactive Live Streaming for cross-platform ULL experiences; profile end-to-end QoS.
- Operate and harden an SFU (e.g., mediasoup) for multi-speaker stages and UGC rooms.
- Instrument jitter/packet-loss adaptation and write playbooks for incident response.
What You'll Bring
- Production WebRTC experience (ingest, SFU, TURN, ABR) and strong debugging chops.
- Familiarity with IVS Real-Time/Low-Latency and/or Agora at scale.
- Integrate and extend Vivox voice/text; build channel flows, 3D audio, and presence.
- Connect moderation and telemetry to detect and mitigate abuse in real time.
- Optimize voice quality under adverse networks; write diagnostics and tooling.
- Production experience with Vivox (Unreal Engine) or similar, plus service-side moderation integration.
Encouragement
Even if you don’t check every box or have all the experience listed, we encourage you to apply if you feel you’d be up to the job and you’re willing to learn.
